Description

The fourth generation of this nearly centenary winery aim to continue producing surprising and daring wines year after year, as their last four successful projects prove: Aia, Ses Ferritges, Xperiment and Syrah Miquel Oliver.

Miquel Oliver is the first winery in Mallorca to use modern technology by including stainless steel tanks and cold stabilization equipment to improve the fermentation processes of their wines, and the first to be awarded prizes at a national level.
