Description

A small family-run estate where wines are produced according to traditional methods by Pere Calafat.

The vineyards are organically cultivated, registered and backed by the Balearic Council for Organic Farming.

Located in Santa Maria del Cami in ‘Can Vermell’ land, an ideal place for the production of great wines due to the nature of the soil and protection of the mountains.

Cultivars: Manto Negro, Callet, Prensal, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Merlot.

These wines are classified as part of Binissalem Wine of Origin.
