Estel Nou makes natural jams for the ‘Fet a Sóller’ label using fruits from Sóller.

The ripe fruit is hand-picked and prepared according to traditional recipes, which guarantees jams of a high standard with genuine flavours. Also sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil and fig bread.

These natural, quality products are free of preservatives and chemical additives.

Estel Nou is a non-profit organisation that aims to create stable work for the handicapped with a view to improving their quality of life.

Products are for sale in shops around the island, and at the Estel Nou Centre in Sóller.
