Who Are We?

We are a group of farmers and stock-breeders of the Balearic Islands who produce, elaborate and sell environment-friendly food products.

What Products Do We Offer?

Veal, lamb, pork, ostrich, hen, turkey and kid. Ans also elaborated products: sausages etc…

How Do We Produce?

Our products are the result of an extensive production system. They are elaboreted with native animals of the Balearics, grazing freely in open fields free from chemicals or GM seeds, in compliance with European norms on ecological production.

What Is Our  Aim?

Our aim is to elaborate ecological meat of the greatest quality for the full satisfaction of our customers.

Product Guarantee

The members of our cooperation are also members of the Association of Majorcan Producers of Ecological Meat. The technical staff of this association has written an internal group of norms of production to be followed, in order to obtain products of the greatest quality. There are controls on the food given to animals (which must be ecological and suited to each species). The production system is fully adapted to the Norm CEE 92/91 on Ecological Production and is controlled by the Consell Balear de\ la Producció Agrária Ecológica, which also certifies our products.

How Can Our Products Be Identified?

All products made by our cooperative are labelled with the mark eco.ram.
